2.Turbocharge overheating

Analysis:The engine oil supply is too small in advance and the exhaust temperature is too high, causing the turbocharger’s speed to be too high and the temperature rising.

The injection quality is poor and the latter is serious, resulting in an increase in exhaust temperature, which causes the turbocharger to overheat.Poor lubrication, insufficient lubricating oil pressure, excessive oil temperature, insufficient fuel supply, reduced heat loss, and increased the temperature of the turbocharger;

3.Turbocharge damage

Analysis:The lubricating oil is not clean, the working speed of the turbocharger is above 6000 RPM, and its bearing requires liquid lubrication, so the cleanliness of the lubricating oil has a great influence on its service life.

Low oil pressure and insufficient fuel supply.The pressure of turbocharger lubricating oil is usually more than 200 kpa, and the low oil pressure can cause the oil shortage of the bearing, thus losing the lubrication condition of the liquid and causing the abnormal wear of the bearing.

Troubleshooting:Pay attention to the cleaning of lube, check and maintain the air filter regularly, to ensure the lubricating oil pressure, to timely troubleshoot when the pressure is insufficient.

4.Pressure drop

Analysis:The intake resistance increases, it includes the filter element, the viscerate and the air intake volute.

The compressor speed decreases, it includes the turbine has the carbon, the turbine exhaust resistance increases, the bearing wear, the rotor and the shell have the scrape, the elevation height increases.

Troubleshooting:

Clean air filters.After the air filter is blocked, the air intake resistance of the compressor increases, resulting in a decrease in pressure pressure.

Cleaning compressor, compressor internal product of oil sludge, can increase the intake resistance, dust of differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of the cooler than technical standards, internal channels should be cleaning it.The air compressor casing and the impeller should be broken down and cleaned when they are put on oil and dust, and should be carried out on a regular basis;

The inner product of the turbocharger increases the rotation resistance of the rotor, reduces the speed of the turbocharger and lowers the pressure pressure.Carbon product is usually deposited in turbine blades, rotating shaft, sealing ring and other parts, usually because of tight seal, oil leakage into sintering and fuel combustion not completely;

5.Early wear of turbocharger bearing

Analysis:When the engine is started in winter, it can be launched with a bang or an immediate start;
